Anniversary of the founding of Rissho Kosei-kai

We reflect on the significance of the establishment of Rissho Kosei-kai. Founder Niwano established the organisation with about 30 fellow members on 5 March 1938, based on the ethos that all humanity could attain liberation through the teachings of the Lotus Sutra. We express our gratitude and renew our vows to engage in bodhisattva practice for the welfare of others.

By revering the Buddha through sincere recitation of the Lotus Sutra, we remember and praise his virtues and teachings and express our deep gratitude to Founder and Cofounder, who established RK and guided us to the Lotus Sutra. Through this event, we will learn the founding spirit and the history of Rissho Kosei-kai.

This event is open to anyone and highly recommended to non-members who are interested in Buddhism and its practice in RK.
You can keep the mic and video off.
